To ensure that exactly the right cooking times are observed for the individual steps, a minute-precise timer can be set to between 1 and 99 minutes - for each of the up to eleven brewing steps.The patented, 3-dimensional pump system of the Klarstein Brauheld Smart 35 beer brewing system is particularly practical: With horizontal and vertical circulation, it ensures that the mash is heated evenly without burning.
